Privacy policy

This policy describes what Saxena Electric collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, whether you are a buyer, seller or agent, the property address and your repair-request date. If you text photos of an inspection report, we receive the photos and your number.

How we use it

We use it to read the report, call you, write a quote and schedule the work. We do not sell it. We share it only with the people who need it to do the job, such as the city for a permit or the utility for a disconnect.

Your report

An inspection report can name the owners of a house. We keep it with your quote and delete it when you ask, unless a permit or a repair letter needs it.
