For agents

One page for the agent in the middle of it

Print it, forward it, or send your client to it. Everything we need from you is on this page.

  • 01

    What we need

The electrical pages of the report, the property address and the date the repair window closes. Photos by text are fine.

    • Report pages or photos

    • Address and ZIP

    • The date, if there is one

  • 02

    What you get back

A call with your client, then one written quote with a row for each report line, then a repair letter once the work is done.

    • Quote, a row per line

    • A fix and a price on each row

    • Repair letter for the file

  • 03

    Who answers

Folasade runs the schedule and answers the phone. Smita reads the reports. Devonte and Smita lead the crews.

A repair window

How we work inside one

Windows are short. This is the order we take the work in.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Day one

We read the report with your client and say which lines are routine.

  2. 02

    Step 2: The site visit

We open the panel and test the outlets the report names.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The quote

One written quote, with each line on its own row so it can go straight to the other side.

  4. 04

Step 4: The work and the letter

Repairs, a permit where the city asks for one, then a repair letter that lists each line.
