We read the report first
Saxena Electric is five people on Broadway in Kansas City. Most of what we do starts with a page from a home inspection.
Smita Saxena runs the firm. She started doing repairs off inspection lists because she kept meeting buyers who had paid for a report and couldn't read it. So we read it with you first, and write down what each line costs before anyone argues about it.
